Hola..

I am sorry I haven't been able to do more with this blog. My internet connection is horrible!

However, we are in our last week here. We leave for the airport on Sunday.

Time has definitely flown by and I am scrambling to do the other things I want to do before I leave BA. It has been a wonderful experience, definitely. I definitely feel lucky to be here. I know I haven't posted in a week or so ....

We've been dealing with a cold winter here, but it is okay. The subte in the morning is so packed, you get really hot for like 15 minutes and then go back into the cold. In the last week we ate really good Italian food, went on a bus tour of the city (all of it we had already walked, but we got to hear the history in the audio). We have had spanish classes every day, of course, from 9-1. It is a long time to be taught in Spanish and try to correspond in SPanish but it is good for us. We all went to a seafood restaurant on Friday night, too, and it was pretty good. We went to the Japanese Gardens, which are really pretty. The whole city does have a lot of charm.

I am going to work on finishing my homework today for my masters classes. I took the day off of spanish to do so. So...off to a cafe for some cafe con leche and tostada (toast).
